YOU, by Dr. Ogi Ressel

I had a flash thought yesterday so I decided to put it into words:

                              YOU

Your purpose is the fire that drives your gears.
You are on a mission.
Mercy to those who stand in your  way.
You pursue a person until they totally "get it."
Very few people ever leave your presence until they understand what
you can do to help them.
You are tenacious - you never give up.
Your tenaciousness is measured by the size of your heart.
Your audacity, on the other hand, is only superseded by your desire to help
as many people as you can get your hands on - especially children.
You pretend that you find the word "no" incomprehensible.
You insist on embarrassing everyone around you with your  'TIC.
You are stubborn, and totally presumptuous.
You assume that everyone needs what you have.
You cannot tell the difference between an ordinary average person and a patient.
"Is there a difference?" you ask.

Rules were made just for you to break.
....and you enjoy doing so with wanton abandon.

You walk up to complete strangers and talk 'tic to them with the sole purpose
of totally embarrassing your wife and children and underlining their
social inhibitions.

....and you must be color-blind.
You cannot tell the difference between Stop and Go.
They all look like "go" to you.

You are utterly shameless.
When you meet people at a mall screening and they tell you that you
"just want new patients,"
You agree.

Your  commitment and dedication are only second to your passion.
You are a Chiropractor.
Never forget it!
