Warm hellos to everyone!

I have to apologize: I didn't get a chance to write a THOT For Your Week this
week  - just returned from teaching Module II in Phoenix last night at 11:00pm.

I asked everyone at the seminar to complete a Program Survey at the completion
of Module II and these are the answers I received to three of the questions asked
- I thought it was worthwhile to send you the answers so that you could realize how
the Program is viewed by those who are part of it, how everyone's life has been
changed in only three months, and also to show you that this can be you.
The other reason is that many doctors have some sort of a negative memory of
some past coaching they have received and it is preventing them from realizing
the Practice of their Dreams.

As you read these answers, picture yourself:

Q:  How has your practice improved?
            -  increase confidence in me, in what we do, amazing patient care, and much
               better patients because they now get it!
            -  more confidence, more patients, more money!
            -  I have tripled my practice in less than three months!
            -  more kids and more patients committing to care. A stronger confidence in
               my recommendations and the belief that patients get it and will pay for it
            -  we have 10x the kids under care than I did 2 months ago
            -  I am much more confident - my CA has noticed a huge change in me
            -  more understanding on how to run a first class practice. My practice is now
               much more patient-friendly.
            -  our patients understand Chiropractic, what we do, how we are different,
               and they are bringing in their kids in droves.
            -  great increase in pediatric patients
            -  great procedures
            -  my practice has improved in every aspect - more confidence in myself
               and I am attracting more new patients.
            -  more fun, purpose, confidence, more committed patients that really get it
            -  increased children, increased confidence, better communication
            -  fun atmosphere - I love being here!
            -  increase new patients and visits
            -  better connection with patients
            -  I am so much more comfortable with patients
            -  January was my best moth!.....and I have hardly implemented anything yet.

Q:  What have you learned about you?
            -  I am so much braver than before the seminar
            -  that I need to have more confidence in myself
            -  I am getting better and that I am pretty inadequate at my "diagnosing" skills.
            -  People respect my recommendations and listen to what I say. I am not crusty,
               boring, stodgy or insecure.
            -  I learned to trust the process
            -  there's more garbage in me than I was aware of
            -  it is Ok to change and grow
            -  I have it all inside of me but now it is becoming more real
            -  I have a poverty consciousness.
            -  I have to get over myself and become the doctor people need
            -  I have it in me to be the absolutely best doctor
            -  I need to be willing to unashamedly be me!
            -  that I used to be lazy
            -  I can do this!
            -  I need to act and stop thinking so much - I know more than I thought
            -  I am a great doctor with the power to heal
            -  I have much more certainty
            -  I have to work on having more fun
            -  it's not about me - it's all about the patient
            -  I don't like change - a real challenge for me but I am working on it.

Q:  If you were to summarize the PEP Program in a few words to a colleague who wanted
      to know what it was all about, what would you say?
            -  Awesome, effective, and worth every penny!
            - This was the best program I have ever been to - it will change your practice 
               and your life
            -  It's the only program I have found that allows the doctor to be honest with
               his patients
            -  It's an idiot's guide to a very successful pediatric and family practice. Work 
               is required,
               but if you are willing to change and become the best, it is well worth it.
            -  This is the most ethical and professional way to become the doctor of your
               dreams
            -  It is the program that helps you become the doctor you wanted to be coming
               out of school
            -  Simple and absolutely amazing
            -  Seeing kids and patients trusting and believing in you
            -  the ability to explain to parents what I do and how to change lives
            -  It is like no other management group. Dr. Ogi is very straightforward and
               honest and really
               good at what he does. You will be challenged.
            -  well worth it! As a busy mom  of 2 young children trying to establish myself
               in the community and get back into practice - the PEP Program has given me
               not only confidence but has already produced so many results in all aspects
               - including very rapid patient volume growth - I've tripled my practice in only
               10 weeks!
            -  unashamed Chiropractic focused on quality care
            -  teaches procedures for explaining what we do in a way that people really get.
               It also keeps you organized and consistent.
            -  the Program is genuine, not "salesy", and has no sales pitches at all -
               just honest communication with integrity.
            -  a great children's program

            -  WOW!!! It will blow you away! - It just makes sense!
            -  It is totally for the kid practice coming from the patient perspective
            -  it is all about telling the truth, connecting with people, having fun, and
               developing the Practice of your Dreams!
            -  you'll be glad you went!
            -  pediatric confidence!
            -  A way to communicate with patients, especially parents, in a
               non-threatening way.

Ok.....the reason I am sending this to you is that you may be crippled by fear:
The economy sucks, there is no money, no new patients, and few visits and those are
in a decline. And besides, you don't have the money.

Listen......you know I am a very straight shooter. I am in the face but Truth is difficult to
set aside - it has that certain ring to it which cuts to the core and resonates with your inner
being. You know I am right.

You need to understand that money is there - it is plentiful, but not for you. It is there for
the exceptional chiropractor who is above the rest of ‘em. Plain and simple.
So the bottom line is this: any way you slice and dice this, you need to become better
than your peers in town. You need to become the best. End of story. Not the best at
marketing, not the best at religious hype, not the best at scare tactics, and not the best at
building a better mouse trap or selling snake oil. No. The best at being an amazing
doctor - that is what your community wants!

If you don't believe me, wait, don't do anything. This economy will sort all that out.
The best will survive and the rest will not.
Sad but true.

And if you are planning to stay put, coast, and not do anything, you will become a statistic.
And you know I am right - you can already see the writing on the wall.

And I've said this before: You either learn to sell chiropractic and/or yourself from every
other coach out there, or, decide to join me and learn how to be the most amazing doctor
your community has ever seen, help tons of children and their parents - and make tons of
money in the process.
No BS, no sales, no hype, no fear tactics, and no dishonesty! None.
Will it be work?
Absolutely!

But....it will be joyous and just like the doctors above, the results will astound you!
