Warm hellos to everyone,

Let's talk about an issue which has been questioned and pondered fo
r some time.
Why is it that sometimes you are really "ON" and other days, you seem
to be a bit off?

When you are "on", things just seem to fall into place. New patients seem
to call you out of the blue, patients don't miss their appointments, they show
up on time, they ASK if you could please spare some time from your busy
schedule to perhaps check their family, people pay you on time - some even
ask if they could do so in advance, and you have not even had the opportunity
to mention that option to them.

Everything in your universe seems to just "click into place. You practice with
no effort, patients simply recover, every adjustment you deliver is flawless,
kids love you, you increase your fees and people ask: "only that?", calls come
in from everywhere asking for you to speak, magazines ask if you'd consider
writing for them, the media asks for your opinion, doctors call asking if they
could mentor with you, people call you to help them with their children - and
you look down at your hands in quiet wonder.

But...there are times that exactly the opposite takes place: Nothing seems to
go right for you. Everyone seems to miss their appointments, people discontinue
their care, money is tight, you can't afford to advertise, patients forget to pay you,
you missed the yellow page deadline, your State Board wants to see you about
a complaint, the Peer Review people are breathing down your neck, you favourite
CA just quit - your wife is thinking of quitting also - the front steps of your office just
caved in, the ceiling is cracked, Johnny spilled a large glass of sticky orange juice
on your carpet, Brian's ear infections won't clear up, Betty's Colitis is acting up again
and she wants her money back for the last eight months of care, and the police just
took your used VW Rabbit off the road as being unsafe.  

Right.
You are not "ON."
"What the hell does that mean?" you sputter.

So let's talk about this.
When you are "ON", you are inspired! YES! Everything is easy! Life is a ball!
There is no rollercoaster. You are effortless. You are on purpose. You are unshakable.
You have certainty. You have power. You exude class. You are the best!
You are simply ON!
Inspired.

Check this:
Inspired means that you are IN-SPIRIT.
It means that you are very much connected to the Power of the Universe!
You are that power. That power is you. You are Innate.
Everything you touch feels your spirit and your energy.
You function on a different plane. You resonate at a different frequency.
You are connected.
....and when you are not, nothing goes right.

All of us have a deep desire to be connected to that power. It is just who we are.
And when we disconnect, that is when we get into trouble.

So, .....my sincere wish is for you to find that connection and unleash the
power of the universe in your life.
How?
Easy.

Here is what I would like to suggest for you to do to get started on becoming
reconnected with the power of the universe:
Spend a little time holding a baby in your hands - look into his/her eyes. Focus.
See the love that resides in there. It is unconditional. Connect with it. Let go of all
your other "pressures" and just "be there." Quiet your mind. Experience.
You don't need to say a word. The baby will understand. And so will you if you listen
hard enough.
Where can you get a baby? "Borrow" one, rent one (I'm teasing), but spend a little 
time with one.
